The type of advertising sites we are keen to acquire are generally large size billboards fixed to a gable wall or free-standing on a strip of land.
Strips of land are purchased on a freehold basis and the advertising rights on gable walls on a “virtual freehold” basis.
Each advertising site is unique: Forrest Securities will (free of charge) undertake a detailed survey and provide a valuation (normally within 48 hours).
As a rough guide, the value of an advertising site can be between 8 to 10 times the current passing annual rental, dependant upon factors such as geographical location, physical characteristics, current rental agreement and planning history.
Transactions can be carried out quickly and efficiently with the ability to include (subject to negotiation) break or buy-back clauses, if required.
